My Mom is currently doing Weight Watchers, and she has lost a whole bunch of weight! I am so very proud of her accomplishment. As part of the Weight Watchers plan, she eats Weight Watchers foods, including Yoplait yogurts. She absolutely loves them, and even though I’m not a member of Weight Watchers, I love them too! Did you know that Yoplait is the only yogurt endorsed by Weight Watchers? Well, it is! Yoplait yogurts only have 2 Weight Watchers points each!
Yoplait yogurts come in Original, Light, Thick & Creamy, Light Thick & Creamy, or Whips! My favorite are the Whips! They are so light and airy, and so delicious. If you have a hard time eating yogurt because of it’s creamy consistency, then I would suggest you try the Whips! The consistency is very different than your average yogurt, and it makes an excellent snack.
What I love most about Yoplait yogurts, is that they come is so many different flavors, more than 40 to be exact! Some of my favorites are the Key Lime Pie, Strawberry Mist, and Orange Creme (Whips!), but I love pretty much all of them.
If you like Greek yogurt, then Yoplait has you covered there too, with their 100 calorie Greek yogurt. This is the one my Mom goes after the most.
