So far this summer, my hubby and I have been working on a nice garden and yard improvements. We are also doing some indoor improvements as well.
My boyfriend and I started our very first garden this Summer too! We’ve been having a lot of fun with it. It’s a lot of work though! I do love checking on it every day to see what has sprung up. We have picked 2 cucumbers, a whole bunch of lettuce and some broccoli so far. We also have bell peppers, jalapenos, peas, pumpkins, tomatoes and brussel sprouts coming along nicely.
Had a nice vacation in costa rica, now have to get back to work.
That sounds amazing Aria! My biology teacher in high school used to vacation there every year. He just loved it.
I am planning to go camping in a few weeks.
Not too much this summer, mostly just playing with my grandsons in the backyard and taking walks. A few trips to the pool, too.

I’ve been working graveyards all summer but just finished up my last night and am officially on vacation for 3 weeks!! Woo-Hoo! Dd has had swim classes, vacation bible school and is now in tumbling and ballet so I’ve had an exhausting summer with only around 5-6 hrs of sleep every day….felt like when she was a newborn all over again! LOL

My best friend’s family and my family used to set up in a seasonal lot at the same campground every year. It was so much fun hanging out with them all summer long.

We’ve spent the summer weekends watching my 17 year old lefty pitch tournaments around the midwest with his travel team. He’s getting a lot of exposure and the emails are starting to come in. So far he’s got one offer on the table to play college ball – his lifelong dream!
